Cancellation and Refund Policy

At AstroMedi, we strive to provide accurate and meaningful astrological guidance rooted in tradition and personalized insight. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is appropriate. Please review our clear and fair refund policy below.

1. Full Refund — No Questions Asked (Before Delivery)

We offer a 100% refund if:

You request a cancellation before your astrological report, consultation, or any other service is delivered.

No part of the service has been rendered or customized yet.

Simply email us at contact@astromedi.in with your request, and we will initiate the full refund 

2. Partial Refund — After Delivery (With Justification)

If you have already received your report or consultation and:

• You identify glaring technical, interpretative, or factual errors, and

• There are notable conflicts defying Vedic Priniciples, between our interpretation and that of another qualified astrologer, we offer a 50% refund, no questions asked.

To request:

• Email contact@astromedi.in within 7 days of receiving the service.

• Include your name, the service ordered, and a brief description of the issue

3. Non-Refundable Cases Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

• Services already delivered without verifiable errors.

• Disagreement with interpretations that are astrologically absurd and beyond accepted Parashar astrological practices.

• Requests made more than 7 days after service delivery.

4. In case of any refund approved, it will take 7 days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
