AstroMedi uses trusted third-party payment gateways authorized by the Reserve Bank of India. All payment data is encrypted and managed by these gateways, not AstroMedi. We do not store or request banking details directly.

You agree that:
• Any loss due to phishing, fraud, or unauthorized access via third-party platforms is not the liability of AstroMedi.
• You will promptly notify AstroMedi and relevant authorities in case of such incidents.

6. Permitted Use

You agree to use AstroMedi’s Website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:
• Post or transmit objectionable or unlawful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Copy or distribute content without permission.

Violation of these rules may lead to permanent termination of your access.

Astrology reports will be delivered via email within 48 hours of receiving all required inputs.

Delays due to unforeseen technical or manual factors will be communicated. No refunds will be made for delays or incorrect data provided by the user.

To request corrections, please write to contact@astromedi.in within one hour of order placement.

12. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India. AstroMedi also retains the right to seek interim relief or injunction from courts in New Delhi.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If any provision is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and AstroMedi. No oral or written communication not included herein shall modify or override these Terms.
